A board level executive with a long career in delivering improvement in technology usage and delivery, and radically improving the relationship of technology departments with the wider business. With a background in the successful delivery of large and complex transformation programmes, Nick has progressed to board level positions with market leading companies, where he has a consistent record of transforming the operation to enable and support business strategy. Nick now works as a Non-Executive Director and Board Advisor.

I have a portfolio career, and so it is rare for me to undertake a full time role. Most of my work is either long term mentoring and advisory relationships that consume about 4-5 days per month, or short term interventions and consultancy of up to 10 days.
My work is quite varied, but can include mentoring, board advisory and support work, IT strategy evolution and critiquing, programme delivery assessment and advising on IT risk management, governance and reporting appropriate to board level.
